I was invited by PR/TICULAR on behalf of eve Sleep Switzerland for a pyjama party in a very centrally located hotel behind the Opera house of Zurich to try the first Swiss eve Sleep Suite.
The weather being fantastic, after a nice presentation from the country manager and the head of the brand, I follow the crowd to the rooftop of the hotel Ambassador at the Opera for drinks and tidbits.
Almost invisible for some people but noticeable when missing,
Let me tell you the few rules that you must respect:
Choose the right size
Choose the right colour
Choose the right style for your outfit
And the right fabrics …
Since 2009 when Brad Pitt wore his Albert slippers on the red carpet, they have became a must have and now we are seeing them everywhere in the street. Sometimes bordering on fantasy – I’m not a huge fan, but it depends on the look!
I read a few weeks ago an article in a magazine about men’s underwear, it stated that the brief is almost a “has been”. It’s all about sales but for me, fashion is about making your own rules. For example, I wear briefs but also boxers and sometimes shorts, depending on my mood, but also to complement my outfit.
Effectively, the best seller is the boxer short. Every man has some in his wardrobe (six out of ten men wear boxers!). The only thing that is changing in 2015 is that men know what they want – comfortable underwear in cotton, stretch or micro-fibre.
They still looking for something simple, subdued and sometimes with subtle prints, but to be fashionable and not a ‘has been’. The trick is to have sexy underwear – but not too sexy. Let me introduce a brand that I love for three reasons:
With the trends of short length trousers, I advise you to play with the socks to put a beat of fantasy in your outfit, so bye-bye black and dare the colour! It’s really a fashion accessories often we think that just a detail but as we say the details make the style.
I don’t know if, like me, your always asking yourself ‘which kind of coat should I wear?’. But worry no more, this winter I’ll help you find the best way to look and feel on trend. Actually it’s the nature of a casual outfit, very simple but well fitted!
The 3 coats you must have :
You want to feel both relaxed and fashionable, a sporty jacket in a “couture“ version will definately ensure that is the case. So thanks to the brands who collaborate to mix both of these universes, such as Yohji Yamamoto with Adidas.
